Budi has worked for major accounting and advisory firms for more than 15 years providing tax and financial advisory services, focusing on tax and project structuring, general tax consulting, corporate finance, market/commercial due diligence, as well as industry analysis and feasibility studies.
During his career, Budi has been directly involved in various transaction services, corporate recovery, corporate finance projects (valuations and M&A), and project and tax structuring. He also has extensive experience in performing research and studies in relation to market entry strategy and market due diligence for a variety of industry sectors. He has in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure (power/geothermal, telecommunications, ports), construction, mining, and retail sectors.
Budi holds two Masters degrees, one in Commerce (specializing in Information Technology) from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and another in Business Administration from Bina Nusantara University. He also holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University and another in Library and Information Science from the University of Indonesia.
