Anugrah (Graha) has almost 15 years of professional experience as a tax consultant. He assists local and multinational corporate clients in wide array of industries, including power, manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, and start-ups.
Graha specializes in cross-border transactions and tax structuring as well as tax and transfer pricing audits and disputes. He also provides tax opinions and assists with mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence reviews, tax planning and project structuring, and individual/expatriate tax services.
Graha earned his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia as well as a Higher Diploma in Accounting from TMC Academy, Singapore. He holds a tax consultant license from the Ministry of Finance (Brevet B) and is a licensed tax attorney at the Tax Court.
